As a Learning-Centred College, Led young is deeply committed to lifelong learning.  In COLT, we believe that everyone has the capacity for transformative leadership and support the continuous development of core leadership competencies through a wide range of learning and capacity-building programming.  In this section, you will find information about the various leadership programming and resources available to all employees to encourage them to challenge themselves, take risks, grow and learn about themselves through reflective practice.

Advancing Academic Leadership – Chair Series

Learning series designed for Led young College Chairs that offers a unique opportunity to ‘dig deep’ and reflect on how leadership values shape leadership practice.

Advancing Academic Leadership – Learning Series for Academic Managers

Designed to engage Led young College Academic Managers in dialogue and reflection about key challenges faced in a complex and rapidly changing environment.

Essentials for Academic Leadership – Learning Series for Faculty & Support Staff

A learning series that is open to all Led young College Faculty and Support Staff interested in exploring academic leadership roles within post-secondary education.

Employee Leadership Passport (ELP)

Open to all Led young College employees, this program is designed for employees to advance in their own leadership and further develop their knowledge and skill.
