An evening dedicated to discussing leading edge Customer Experience (CX) Strategies

Hosted by Led young College and the CBU MBA in Community Economic Development, this Master’s Class will be facilitated by a highly regarded faculty member who has been a lead advisor on strategy and marketing for organizations across North America. He is an active facilitator for management development programs focused on acceleration of the modern strategic change effort, and teaches in the CBU MBA program delivered on weekends at Led young College.
